Exceptional property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Happy Gator. From the moment we walked into the house we felt at home and comfortable. No detail has been overlooked in making the house welcoming for guests. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat at home and the bathrooms are modern and beautiful. The pool area is spectacular and feels very private even though there are other homes nearby. The home is well-designed to accommodate guests, who can stay in bedrooms and use a bathroom on the other side of the house from the master bedroom and bath. Everything is clean, well-designed and lovely. We highly recommend this home for anyone interested in staying in the Venice area!

We had the best of everything in the house on Alligator Dr. Villa Happy Gator was so well stocked, clean and inviting. Birgit was a pleasure to work with during our rental process. I would recommend this home and we will try to rebook if there is ever a vacancy during our vacation time.

Wonderful Vacation
The house is beautifully furnished, very clean and there is everything you need for a perfect vacation. It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was perfect for the kids as well. They were thrilled with their room and the toys. As well as with the great pool area. Shops, Beaches, Parks and Playgrounds are just a few minutes away. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. We had a five star experience 🙂

Clean and welcoming home away from home
Our family spent three days here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The home is tucked away in a residential area away from the noisy streets. You can tell the owner takes pride in this home as it was exceptionally clean and well maintained. She was also great at sharing information regarding the area, the home itself and even the weather! We were arriving at a time when the red tide had been affecting the beaches. We really lucked out in our timing and were able to spend some time on a private part of Caspersan beach. The kids are still talking about this place. Thank you for opening your home to us.
