Rates
Book direct and save! The rates for your stay depend on the period you have chosen and on the number of persons in your party. The rental period is 30 nights, what means, that our Villa Happy Gator will not be rented out more than once every 30 days.

The above stated rates are for up to 2-3 persons (depending on season). For each person in addition please add 15 USD plus 13% Tax per night.
Maximum occupancy is 6 persons. Absolutely NO ANIMALS! NONSMOKING!

Cleaning Fee
The cleaning fee is 180 – 200 USD (unless otherwise defined) and payable in cash at check-in. Intermediate cleaning may apply for longer stays.
Utilities
All utilities are included in the price – power consumption up to 35 USD/week.
Pool heating is optional Oct and May (has to be ordered at least 5 days in advance), mandatory Nov – April: 90 USD/week – 290 USD/month.
Security Deposit
The security deposit is 500 – 750 USD (unless otherwise defined) and we will be refunded within 4 weeks after your stay if no complaints.

Payment
Book direct with the owner and avoid booking fees or service charges!
Down payment of 30% of the rent together with sending back the signed rental agreement and a valid picture ID have to take place within 5 days after booking to secure the reservation.
The total – 70% of rent + security deposit – is due at least 60 days prior to stay to further secure the reservation.
Secure payment can be with check, bank transfer, direct account deposit or simply to our email address within ZELLE – secure and free of cost. Credit card payment is also available.
